Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general home and building maintenance, repairs, and small installations, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work including drywall, painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical tasks

• Install fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, cabinets, and hardware

• Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend effective solutions

• Complete work orders accurately and on schedule

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding job scope and progress

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician

• Strong knowledge of general home and building repairs

• Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical work (within local code limits)

• Own basic tools for general repair tasks

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential and/or commercial maintenance

• Carpentry, tile, flooring, or painting expertise

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
