Job Summary

SafeNest Repair LLC is seeking skilled and licensed plumbing contractors at all levels to support residential and commercial plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair projects. This position offers a 3-day satisfaction guarantee with the opportunity for full-time hire after 12 weeks (520 hours) based on performance. Competitive bill rates apply with a 45% markup.

Key Responsibilities

Plumber Helper

• Use basic plumbing tools and equipment

• Assist with pipe preparation and installation

• Handle materials and maintain a clean job site

• Assist in fixture installation and running lines

• Follow all safety procedures

Plumber Mechanic

• Install piping systems (PVC, CPVC, copper, PEX, cast iron)

• Rough-in and install sinks, tubs, toilets, and fixtures

• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints

• Perform pressure testing and inspections

• Terminate drainage and vent systems

• Assist with slab and overhead rough-ins

Journeyman Plumber

• Plan and layout plumbing systems

• Install water heaters, gas lines, and backflow preventers

• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues

• Lead underground, in-wall, and overhead installations

• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance

• Apply advanced plumbing theory and blueprint knowledge

Lead / Foreman Plumber

• Supervise and lead plumbing crews

• Plan and manage daily job site operations

• Order and manage materials

• Install, inspect, and approve all plumbing work

• Ensure full compliance with plumbing codes

• Coordinate schedules and project progress

License Requirements (Mandatory)

• Must be a licensed plumbing contractor

• Journeyman License required where applicable

• Tradesman Plumber (TSP) registration required
