Job Description

We are seeking a Property Preservation Crew to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidates are hardworking, detail-oriented, and experienced in maintaining and preserving residential and commercial properties. This role involves a mix of maintenance, repair, landscaping, and cleaning tasks to ensure properties meet safety and aesthetic standards.

As part of the Property Preservation Crew, you will help prepare, maintain, and repair properties to meet client and regulatory expectations, including mortgage companies, banks, and real estate investors.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance, including landscaping, mowing, trimming, and debris removal

• Conduct interior and exterior repairs such as painting, minor plumbing, and electrical tasks

• Board up, winterize, and secure vacant properties

• Inspect properties for damage or code violations and report findings

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles

• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to all local and state property regulations

• Work as a team to complete scheduled property preservation tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or general construction

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor

• Team player with a professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in property preservation, real estate maintenance, or construction

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• OSHA or safety certifications
