Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate is experienced in general home repairs, maintenance, and minor installations, with a focus on quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

As a Handyman, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial clients, ensuring all work is safe, efficient, and meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC minor repairs

• Install fixtures, cabinets, shelves, doors, and other household or commercial items

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

• Provide high-quality service to clients with a professional attitude

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Follow safety guidelines and local building codes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in general maintenance

• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repair work

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete tasks independently

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Professional and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in specific trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) are a plus

• Experience in both residential and commercial settings

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
