Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Property Preservation Crew in Clearwater, FL to assist with maintaining and securing residential properties. This role involves property cleanouts, lawn maintenance, debris removal, securing homes, and general upkeep, often for vacant or foreclosed properties.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals or teams experienced in property preservation, field services, or maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform property cleanouts including debris removal and disposal

• Secure properties by boarding windows, changing locks, and installing lockboxes

• Conduct lawn maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and weed removal

• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance as needed

• Winterization tasks (seasonal, if applicable)

• Take before-and-after photos and complete required documentation

• Ensure properties meet investor, lender, and local code requirements

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment

Qualifications

• Experience in property preservation, maintenance, construction, or field services preferred

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and outdoor labor

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to follow work orders, timelines, and safety procedures

• Basic smartphone or tablet skills for reporting and photos

• Strong attention to detail and dependability

Preferred Skills

• Experience with foreclosure or vacant property maintenance

• Knowledge of securing properties and lock changes
