Job Description

We are hiring reliable and hardworking Property Preservation Crew Members to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role focuses on maintaining, securing, and restoring vacant or foreclosed residential properties to ensure they are safe, clean, and compliant with local and investor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform property preservation tasks including debris removal, trash-outs, lawn maintenance, and property clean-ups

• Secure properties by boarding windows and doors and changing locks

• Conduct basic repairs such as drywall patching, painting, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work

• Complete winterization and de-winterization services as required

• Take before-and-after photos and complete required documentation

• Ensure properties meet city, county, and investor standards

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site

• Work independently or as part of a crew to meet deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in property preservation, maintenance, or construction preferred

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and outdoor work

• Knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance tasks

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to use a smartphone for photos, apps, and reporting

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or bank-owned (REO) properties

• Lawn care, pressure washing, and debris hauling experience

• Ability to work in various weather conditions
